Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, unused, and still in its original, sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@originalscbd.co.uk.
Returns must be approved before sending, any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll provide full instructions on how and where to send your return.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened, used, or removed from their vacuum-sealed or tamper-evident packaging.

This includes all CBD flowers, hash, oils, edibles, and consumable items, for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please email sales@originalscbd.co.uk before returning it.


Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order once your return has been approved and processed.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
