By using this website or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 1. Access & Account

To shop with us, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your region and that any information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You're responsible for your account’s security and all activity under it.

2. Our Products

We specialise in premium CBD-rich hemp flower and hash products, intended strictly for herbal tea use, collection, or lawful non-heated applications. Product descriptions and imagery are for informational purposes only—appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to device settings or batch differences.

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue or limit products at our discretion.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you’re offering to purchase a product. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation from us.

Please double-check your order before checkout—once submitted, it may not be possible to cancel or change.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and must be for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prices & Billing

Prices listed on our site are in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Promotions may apply for a limited time and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide current, accurate payment details and authorise us to charge your payment method for any orders you place, including any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1PM Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend are sent the next working day.

Delivery options include:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (upgrade option at checkout)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (FREE on orders over £60)

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Originals CBD is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, items must be returned in their original, vacuum-sealed condition for hygiene and legal compliance.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll guide you through the process.

  3. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Originals CBD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may link to third-party websites or tools. These are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsement. You access them at your own risk.

9. Shopify Partnership

Originals CBD is hosted on Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform. All purchases are made directly with Originals CBD. Shopify is not responsible for transactions or products.

Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the handling of your information as outlined therein.

11. Feedback

By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant us permission to use that content for marketing or product improvement purposes. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.
