Shipping Policy
At Originals CBD, we aim to get your order packed and posted as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find all the key info about how we ship your goods.
Dispatch Times
Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1PM or over the weekend are sent the next working day.
During peak periods or promotions, please allow an extra working day for dispatch.
Delivery Options (UK Only)
We offer reliable shipping via Royal Mail, with a few choices to suit your needs:

All deliveries come with tracking and delivery confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Signature Required?
At checkout, you’ll have the option to choose:
Signed For: Adds extra security with signature on delivery.
Not Signed For: Convenient if you’re often out, but still tracked.
Delivery Delays
Royal Mail is usually great — but delays can happen, especially during peak seasons, strikes, or bad weather. Once your parcel leaves our hands, we can’t control the speed of delivery, but we’re always happy to help chase things up if needed.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international delivery.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at sales@originalscbd.co.uk with your order number. We'll do our best to help.
For damaged parcels, please include clear photos of the packaging and products so we can investigate and put things right.
